虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)是应用计算机技术,模拟在视觉、听觉、触觉等方面与真实环境高度近似的数字化环境,让用户产生身临其境的感受和体验。VR技术因其具有可视化、节约时间和空间等优势,被逐步引入医学教育中,它可以以更低的成本,比书本和视频更直观的方式,让学生或医护人员进行“现场训练”。这种立体化、沉浸式的学习方式,让学生的学习更有效,达到更好的教学效果。在医学教育领域中,将VR技术应用在伤者救护、人体解剖等场景中,可以让紧张的场景复现,培养医学生的临场应激能力。随着VR技术的发展,虚拟场景的应用进一步扩大,可以突破实地场景的限制,让用户拥有更真实的体验。本文通过对国外VR技术用于医学教育实践场景的论述,探讨了将VR技术大规模引进医学教育领域的应用及效果。

通过上述实例分析,VR技术在医学教育领域得到了较广泛的应用,并取得了良好的教学效果。例如,在大规模伤员分诊演练中,在VR模拟场景下分诊正确率与现场模拟的正确率基本一致;在解剖学实践教学中,所有参与者都给出正向的评价;在TKR治疗中,患者对新型治疗方式十分感兴趣。目前,医学教育领域中VR技术的应用仍存在一些不足,如大规模分诊教学中,VR模拟组的正确率虽达到了期望目标,但“身临其境”的效果还有待加强;在TKR治疗中,只能作为原有方式的辅助与补充。总体而言,VR技术应用在医学教育实践中,可以显著提升教学质量,让课堂更具趣味性,能够激发学生学习的主动性,具有十分广阔的应用前景与研究意义。
